Welcome to the Second Wind Inc. Customer Support Site

Second Wind has deployed this online help desk as a way to enhance the support we provide to our clients.

With this online help desk, clients will be able to submit support requests at any time. When a support request is submitted on the web site, an email is instantly sent to the appropriate consultant. The consultant then responds to the request via the web site, and an email is automatically sent to the client, notifying them that their request has been updated.

As the discussion with the consultant progresses, each entry is logged, providing a history of steps taken on the issue. If one client staff member is out of the office for a day, another staff member can easily get up to speed on the issue by reading the discussion history, and then work with the consultant to reach a solution.

Of course, each client's support requests are completely confidential.
